Shipping Expectations

I know how frustrating waiting eagerly on a package that never arrives is OR one that arrives waaaaay later than the birthday it was bought for! It's stress inducing and I want to be transparent about what you can expect so that we can mitigate as much worry for us both, as possible. I'm here to bring joy not consternation, to your world! 

* Please know that there is a difference between ordering and shipping times. Allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed.

* Orders are processed Mon - Fri . If ordering on the weekend, the same time span applies. I'm a one woman operation and I do my best! :)

* You will receive a confirmation upon successfully placed orders and another when your order gets shipped, which will include a tracking number. Be sure to check your junk / promo tabs if you do not receive an order confirmation, upon purchase. 

* Use the QR code that is offered during the check-out process for package tracking purposes.

* Supply chain delays are real but I feel confident in saying that you can expect to receive your item(s) within a 20 - 45 day window if not earlier.

* I offer free shipping on all orders in North America. For International shipments a flat rate is charged and your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Conscious Curiosities is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are purchaser's responsibility. Shipping charges for Int'l orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

* Most importantly, please don't stress! If you have any concerns don't hesitate to reach out via email or Messenger and we'll work together to bust up the JAM!
