For athletes, cupping may help increase blood flow to a particular muscle region or help reduce pain.

Method of Application:
1. Pull the upper valve bar of the cup to guarantee smooth air flow before beginning the treatment.
2. Fix the vacuum air bleed muzzle to upper part of the cup and then pull rod vertically about 4 times to create appropriate negative pressure.
3. When the treatment has finished, smoothly pull up the valve bar on the upper part of the cup to remove the cupping instrument.
4. It is advisable to use edible flour to make an air tight loop under the cup to ensure adhesion when applying to a part of the body with less muscle mass or parts with hair, hands or feet.
5. Use disinfectant fluid to wipe the cupping instruments after each application. Never soak the cups. Never clean with bleach or other harsh chemicals.
Cupping Note:
You can cup on the same site but it is recommended not to cup every day. 2 - 3 times a week is suggested.
If cupping marks do not subside quickly, discontinue use or try less suction
Do NOT cup when on a menstrual cycle, or if affected by hemorrhagic disease
Do NOT bathe immediately after cupping
